Our 2500 square foot creative studio is located in the heart of Venice in Los Angeles. The studio features a 30x30 open space for shoots, a large natural light loft, fast WIFI, 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen, controllable skylight blinds for natural light or blacked out, and AC. Our studio can accommodate up to 30 people, with pricing tiers based on group size.
We also offer access to a full studio DMX Lighting Package, a recording booth, professional cameras, extra G&E; gear, camera operators, and audio technicians for an additional charge.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
