The Church House was originally built in the 1800”s and beautifully restored to host small to medium gatherings. In addition to being a church it served as a one room school house as well. Much of the original charm and character is still a part of the space, but now it also has all the modern conveniences of today. The facility is about 1700 square feet 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms and has high speed internet, flat screen TV, ice maker, laundry, and more. The great room area is 20x30 and features a beautiful kitchen. The outside area is almost 1.5 acres. There is a connected, fenced courtyard. In addition to the 2 bathrooms inside there are 2 additional bathrooms outside the building. One of the most beautiful spaces in the building is the entry with its 25' high ceilings, stained glass and windows that were once on the outside of the building before the porch was closed in. An easy drive from Savannah and Charleston and conveniently located near 95 Freeway.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
