Vintage Motel

A charming vintage motor lodge located in Ithaca, a small city in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York State. We offer 16 rooms year-round and one very cute 1964 Shasta camper during the summer months. We are an old-school motel experience with ground-level rooms that have doors directly to the outside. In the winter cozy up to the wood-burning stove in our guest lounge, or take a winter walk on one of our trails. In the summer make use of all 11 acres, lawn games, and our outdoor grills and fire pits. Drive down the road to one of many amazing State Parks, restaurants, wineries, or museums. Our lovingly restored motel has been hosting vacationers and travelers for more than 100 years. You’ll find classic and spacious mid-century rooms as well as fully equipped cottages and suites with kitchenettes. Rooms have been thoughtfully restored with period fixtures and modern amenities to ensure a comfortable, unique, and sustainable stay. Several of our rooms are dog friendly. Clean, well-appointed rooms, domestic linens, natural bath products and plenty of space to unwind. Situated on over 14 acres, we offer walking trails, hammocks for lounging, a bocce court, croquet, fire pits, picnic areas, and bird watching. Our reception and bar area offers a variety of local drinks and snacks year round in the Main House. Wildlife mostly keeps to the back 9-acres of our stunning Inlet Valley location, but occasionally you’ll find a toad out for an evening stroll, a chipmunk scurrying across the yard, an errant grasshopper or cricket trying to make their way in your room, or a snake sunning itself in the driveway. Our property backs up to more than 200 acres of natural State Land. There are more area gorges and waterfalls than you can shake a stick at. We are close to swimming, hiking, fishing, hunting and cross-country skiing. You’re sure to find four seasons of enjoyment here.
