Beautiful Modern Farmhouse! Country vibes but centrally located. Only 40 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from theme parks. Guest house is located on our 5 acre property & is over 1800 sq feet. We are a beautiful equestrian neighborhood with our own private trails that you can hike or horseback ride on. We are also close to lots of great restaurants and shopping, including historic Downtown Sanford. Lots of space for parking and vehicles. Perfect location for commercials/films.
