This house is an absolute stunner. Very unique lakefront home in Boulder county Colorado. The sun sets over over the backdrop of the rocky mountains, and reflects off of the water of our rare private waterski lake. Pelicans swim by, bald eagles visit in the winter. The interior vibe is like your friends' parents house in high school that would let you have parties when they were out of town. Expansive floorplan, shag carpet, sunken living room. Kitchen has cozy country vibes with woodburning stove, lake views, big trees.
