This is a 40 acre open lot in New Mexico. It is completely flat with no buildings or structures. It is available in it's entirety to use as one set, or multiple sets at a time. Power is located at the street and I can look into getting whatever would be needed for you guys, if you just let me know.
This site will eventually be turned into a solar farm, so I have little attachment to how you use it. The permits will begin being pulled soon, but in an election year that can come to a halt. This process usually takes a while so in the meantime it is available for your most creative endeavors!
The land itself is beautiful. The pictures attached are of the land and the general area. Let me know what you want/need and we can make it happen! I hope it fulfills your biggest and most creative desires!

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
