An Italian themed 4 room boutique hotel with 2 acres of land, we have a lighted bonfire area. hot tub, outdoor lounge area. 2 perolas at the back of the property made of cedar rail fencing with concrete benches and statues.
A large love fountain with gardens surrounding it. a perfect romantic area waiting to be used!
The house is a large Italian house with living quarters and an in-law apartment. Bright yellow stucco with a 1000sq ft retail area with an espresso machine cafe style feel . Perfect for a hallmark type of movie. We are surrounded by farmers fields and wineries very close by, you can actually see a vineyard across the road from us.
We have plenty of full grown planters that we keep over the winter for the following spring instead of starting fresh.
We are a boutique hotel so we are open to clients, saying that we will work together with producers to keep the costs to a minimal amount. As long as we don’t lose money we would love to host productions here and all pricing would be negotiable according to the publicity we would receive for our business.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
