Space features; 20' ceilings, 15' loading door, exposed brick, 12' factory windows, industrial shipping containers. Windows are north facing and provide soft light all day most of the year (some direct light comes through in the evening at summer solstice)
Base Day Rate is $600 which includes 8 hours. Additional time billed hourly at $75/hour.
Small kitchenette in the space and one of the best coffee shops in the city (Ethica Coffee roaster) directly across the hall.
Parking: (3) designated spots.
Equipment: Steamer, Garment rack, pop up change rooms, folding tables and chairs Included. C-stands, sandbags, flags, apple boxes included. Large monitor, motion lights, some lenses and cameras available for rental.
Power: (4) 15 amp breakers (1) 60 amp JOY cable with 3x20 box ( 3 additioal 20amp outlets)

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
