Welcome to our beautiful natural light studio! This is a rental studio, perfect for photography, videography, and other content creators. Inside, we have two amazing photo-ready rooms with distinct styles.
Studio A is a bright, blank canvas with crisp white-painted floors and beautiful west-facing light. It's an open, neutral room you can shoot exactly as you find it. A few movable pieces are there when you want them and easy to clear when you don't. Studio A also has our motorized roll-down seamless paper system in super white, mocha, and pink, ready for portraits.
Studio B has big east-facing windows that pour clean, soft morning light in. Raw concrete floors and draped white fabric ceiling give the room a cooler, more editorial edge. There's comfortable seating and a few styling pieces already in place, to shoot as they are or rework into your own scene.
In addition to the two styled rooms mentioned above, we have a lobby you're welcome to use during your rental, as well as two restrooms, and a storage room that houses some of our props and set pieces.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
