Our home was fully renovated over the last 12 months. It is a raised bungalow situated in a beautiful north end neighbourhood among houses built in the 70s. The large trees merge together over the street making for a beautiful backdrop for outdoor filming. Our home itself is tastefully renovated with an open concept living area, kitchen and dining room on the first floor. There are also 3 bedrooms (one is used as an office) and full bathroom, with a fourth bedroom, second office, large family room, full bathroom and laundry room in the basement. As this is a raised bungalow, our basement is raised so there is a lot of light and a walkout to the backyard. The backyard was professionally landscaped by the previous owners with a large in ground pool. We added a wood shed. There is also a gazebo with patio set.
