Inside, the house boasts a luxurious and comfortable ambiance. With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, it offers ample space for the cast and crew. Each room is thoughtfully designed, providing a cozy retreat for relaxation and rest.
A distinctive feature of the Mountain home is the detached pool house, which adds an extra touch of luxury and versatility to the location. While the pool house is currently in need of renovation is can still be used for your films purpose or could be perfect for catering during film breaks. The 50-foot long in-ground, tiled pool beckons for refreshing dips and serves as a STUNNING backdrop for poolside scenes. The surrounding wood deck provides ample space for lounging and capturing picturesque moments.
For added convenience, the Mountain house offers access to a private air landing strip within view of the house. This feature is perfect for accommodating cast and crew arriving by private planes or capturing the perfect flight scene.
