Mare Maravella is a unique space, in the middle of a natural environment and with magnificent views to Montseny. It's a house of 190 m2 distributed over two floors.
On the first floor we find the kitchen, a service bathroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a large dining room with a fireplace and access to the garden terrace.
On the upper floor we find four bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace. As a detail, we can observe the first floor from the second thanks to a crystal located on the floor, interrelating both floors with elegance.
In the outdoor space we find a large garden of 1500 m2 with a barbecue, a small pond with a waterfall, a chill out area and a wonderful swimming pool.
It can be said that the house stands out for its countless exotic details and for the creativity with which it has been treated.
