Front area is closest to the docks, middle area is open spaces, some racking may be full at different times as this is a trade show booth storage warehouse. Sometimes it is empty and sometimes its full. The space up for rent changes monthly, please come in and see what we have upcoming.
Maybe better for photography then filming as there is active forklifts in the warehouse plus other tenants. Arrangements may be able to be made to do this overnight or on weekends when the forklifts and other people are not in the space.
When you apply please give as much info as possible for what you are looking to do. examples; we need to know a LOT more about the project before we can know if we can accommodate it
How many people will be on site, how much parking will be required. How much square footage do you need for the shoot? is this film or photography? what company is this for ?
Please do not contact us if you are trying to offer $500 for a day, this will not happen. Even a cross docking on our loading docks would be $500 for only a couple hours. No social gatherings or recreational events, this is not for sports or live action role play game meetings with hundreds of people.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
