We built a southern styled home on 23 acres with a pond, stream ( seasonal ), woods, fields, wildlife, winding gravel driveway ( that we named Dixie Road ), ever expanding landscaping including a garden circle in front with a fountain, & circular drive. Our design for the home was a southern style that worked with MN winters. The house is quite picturesque in the winter. The large wrap around porch is great for sitting, but also keeps the snow at bay. Master suite is 2/3 of the upper level with office, sitting room in turret, and his and hers bathrooms and closets. Antique glass doorknobs throughout the house. Open concept lower level with large Italian antique style stove and 40+ sq/ft island as focal points. Large bonus room and more bedrooms and bathrooms up the second winding staircase.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
