The House was built in 1842 and sits on 35 private acres in the Northeast Kingdom of VT with unobstructed views of Willoughby Gap & Burke Mountain. The home is also situated a 15 min drive to both Burke mountain and the Kingdom Trails. Jay Peak is also close by.
The space
The home features 2 open/shared areas and 3 private suites w/ 4 beds and 4.5 baths. One can either spread out or family/friends can share the 4000sqft home together. The home has 2 wood burning fireplaces, a parlor/gaming room, a wrap-around deck w/ bbq, a firepit and a year-round salt water hot tub for long range mountain viewing.
The first floor has a large open living/dining room, kitchen, wood burning fireplace and half bath with a wrap around deck.
The 1st floor "Floral Suite" has a small living room with a pull out sofa and a private bedroom with a queen bed.
The 2nd floor has a parlor/game room with a sofa, game table, tv and wood burning fireplace.
The 2nd floor "Library Suite" has a living/dining room with a tv and library. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bath. The secondary bedroom has a full bed, a twin bed with an additional twin trundle and a private bath.
The 3rd floor attic suite has a soaring ceilings, a king bed, sofas and a 6' clawfoot tub.
