Rustic Mediterranean Cliff-Top Villa By Secluded Beaches

5 Bedroom single-storey Villa set about 200 m away from a wild cliff-top, with an unobstructed panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea/Atlantic Ocean (wind-direction dependent) in the Algarve, Southern Portugal. The house's architecture is Mediterranean/North African, with several Arabic features. All rooms have vaulted ceilings, archways passages, curved wooden doors and windows and the chimney stacks are typically Algarvian (an Arabic heritage left from the time it was the land of the Al-Gharb ruled by the Moorish people). It's white-wash thick stucco walls and turquoise shutters give the house a distinct summer-home feel. The house is built around a large indoor courtyard/patio and has several external covered and non-covered terraces. The house is also surrounded by a large plot of arid land (with rich redish soil), with orange trees, fig trees and a rustic bread/pizza oven towards the back of the property and a vast expanse of low-bush-filled land in front of the house, all the way to the cliff-edge. There are several secluded yellow-sand, cliff-flanked beaches all along the coast. Many are only accessibly by sea (boat or swim) but a few minutes walk from the house there is a beautiful secluded beach which can be reached by clambering down a naturally eroded rock-path. About 15 min walk away there is a more "civilised" beach with a wooded beach cafe and wooden steps to the sand. Beautiful, blue/green, flat "Mediterranean-style" waters when it is North wind. Wavy, murkier waters when the warm South wind blows. The lime-stone rock has allowed for several caves, natural rock-arches and other interesting rock formations. Both indoors and outdoors available.
