A real, soundproof, state of the art Video and Photography Production Space in Midtown Manhattan, located between 8th and 9th ave just a few blocks from Penn Station and MSG.
The full floor 7,500 Sq Ft Production Space offers two fully sound proofed states. sound stages (28Db)
Studio One includes a 25' Wide x 18' Deep, unobstructed white/green cyc with a full lighting grid, DMX board and a private viewing/client room. Full production area is 24'8"" Wide x 28' Deep. See floor plan in photos.
Each rental also comes with use of our VIP Greenroom with access to a private 10th floor balcony and vanity as well as a dedicated two seat HMU and wardrobe room. It also has a fully built out livestream control room looking in through double thick sound proof glass. From this room we can send in-house feeds to any tv on the floor.
Ask us about Studio Two with natural light and built-in seamless racks (12' & 9'), perfect for photography or overflow/prep/catering for Studio One. We also have a video podcast room available for hourly rental and a full in house production team that can staff and produce any need you may have.
Rentals include full use of common spaces, grid and all G&E;.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
