Newly renovated bridal boutique and retail space on ground level with bold and modern finishings. The overall colour theme is emerald green and gold with mixed textures. The lounge area boasts a unique flower wall, with floor to ceiling flower arrangements, an emerald green velvet couch and matching chairs. Our 3 spacious changerooms have floor to ceiling mirrors with handmade floor to ceiling drapery. 1 changeroom can be converted by moving the drapery to be incorporate with the lounge area. When you enter the space, to the right of the entry way is 1 lightly coloured exposed brick wall with hanging racks, a small reception desk, displays of jewelry and accessories, and a unique velvet green ottoman. To the left is an additional wall with hanging racks of wedding dresses that extend the full length of a hallway which opens up to the lounge area and changeroom studios. There is a rectangular office with 3 desks down a hallway behind the lounge area and main changeroom. 1 wall in the office is frosted glass that looks into a small hallway with several racks of veils. From the main lounge area there is another long hallway that extends to the back of the space where the washroom and kitchenette are located. This hallway is lined with colorful occasions dresses all the way down. The kitchenette has a sink, mini fridge, microwave and some small lockers. Additionally, there is a large walk in closet for safely storing client gowns. The entire space is wheelchair accessible, has high ceilings throughout, and the boutique is located on the ground floor, with no steps or stairs to the entry way in the front. It is a well lit, luxurious space, with front door access to street parking and a Green P Parking lot at the rear or the building. The rear exit has 2 steps.
