Our Event room is large enough to use for production department needs, catering, wardrobe and playback footage on big dual Smart TV's with Chromecast connection and free WIFI. Our glass garage door adjacent wall, has a ramp to bring larger scale items in easily. We also have a batch of EV charger parking in the back near our basketball hoop to take a break. Sonos speakers inside our event room for streaming your music on breaks. Our modern kitchen/cafe offers all the amenities to store/prepare basic food (fridge, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 2 filtered water stations, etc). We do not offer food service or supplies, so plan to bring those yourself. Good news we have a grocery store in walking distance, 24/7 diner, drug store/urgent care and variety of hip restaurants along this Yelp designated food corridor. It's a quiet property,Entertainment district just steps away. Our Community Director has previously worked in broadcasting, and will be available 24/7 as needed in person or remotely to make your visit turn key. And we have security cameras, access and police patrols to keep the property safe and secure (upscale hotels / motels, condos, apartments and neighborhoods surround our space too. We can refer you to various add on services to outsource with as well. We have hosted a variety of productions on our property including: streaming films (Netflix), commercials -Smart TV National Campaign, video game skin background, photo shoots, You Tube live online platform launches, events, parties and business events of every type. We are also one of the only coworking space in Arizona, which ALLOWS live production location rental. We offer a podcast studio also onsite for audio/video too.
