The space is a late 70’s - early 80’s home with an English Tudor home with expansive, country club like garden, tennis and pickleball courts. Rustic charm with original natural wood post and beams, cabinetry, and shelves, sunken living, 2 brick fireplaces and open floor. Our decor and furnishing are minimal which makes it easy for your to design according to your needs. As you head to the lawn, you will be greeted with a deep almost half and acre lot with amazing views of lush garden that is great for any scene or for crew setup, a nice big pergola directly in front of the full sized US Open themed tennis court. Exterior bathroom is available. Our property is located in a residential area with plenty of off street parking and no scheduled street cleaning. An off site parking less than a mile away is also available for additional parking.
