Our house is a brand new with total sqft of 8700sqft white modern farm house which includes 2700 sqft 3 bedroom legal suite. On 3 acres with big mature trees, long drive way with wrap round deck, with pool house and mini barn and tack house. We have 2 horses 60 chickens, 2 goats and 2 ducks, 4 dogs and cats. The place has rolling hills and flat back yard. We are next to a 15 acre Christmas tree farm and the other side is a horse hobby farm as well.the main house has massive gourmet kitchen with butler kitchen. The master is out of this world with massive steam shower 14 feet by 8 feet and has its own fire place. have 10 seat full theater room as well and a man cave. The kids bedrooms both have window benches and full bathrooms and walk in closets. Has 3 car garage. We have a legal 2700 sqft suite as well. The house is L shape and is a hallmark house to the T.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
