5 bedrooms with 2 single beds. 2 queen size beds & 1 king size bed in large master suite with separate bathroom.
Large living area with views to West Coast via large 3metre window. 10-12 seater oak dining table & 12 chairs.
We have created a dutch den in the media room with 2 chesterfield chairs & vintage floor lamp & cocktail cabinets 1950s/60's wall art is variety of small pics & vintage maritime themed prints.
We have Northern Territory Yolngu art work on walls in family room & Large Noongar painting in den but can be moved. 1960's/70's cane bar & stools in table tennis games room. Tiled floors. 4 cane/rattan 1960's/70's chairs on front alfresco.
Walk across the road to dunes & walking distance to Surf Club. Sonos surround sound in family & games room. Reverse cycle air conditioning. Easily parking for 10.
