Our all-in-one lifestyle studio is perfect for capturing photo and video content. It has multiple curated rooms and props that can be used during your rental. Our studio features large windows that let in ample light. The studio is perfect to for creating batch content. We offer an empty set, which allows you to use our multiple furniture pieces and props to create the specific look you would like to create with. Check out our private jet set listing.
There are 2 flights up steps to walk up to get to the studio. However, we also have a freight elevator you can use. We offer a Bluetooth speaker, complimentary water, a private changing area, hair and makeup vanity.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
