The classic 1937 main home is built with rare Redwood and the perfectly tiled walkways add ambiance with the covered, quaint back porch. The backhouse has a studio bedroom/bathroom that transforms you to a cabin with wood-paneled walls and ceiling. The pool house takes you to the southwest, Mexico or Central America with tile flooring, high ceilings and a skylight with ample lighting. The outdoor has at least 3 unique filming spaces: The lush pool surrounded by citrus trees, the front cactus and rock garden, and the firepit nook all offer amazing looks for different filming needs. So many choices and so much to work with here. Electricity is everywhere and plenty of room for the crew. Centrally located in Los Angeles in close proximity to DTLA, Burbank and Hollywood.
