It features multiple unique rooms with vintage details for varied settings, a large backyard with a sparkling pool, full-size tennis court, a gazebo, and tons of character. The property is very private and quiet and surrounded by lush nature and numerous oak trees. And the gated private driveway/courtyard provides easy access for parking 15+ cars, plus a two garage, a carport, and plenty of additional street parking.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
