This house is charming, modest, granny-ish but stylish. The lot is large and open with a lot of sun. It is on the end of the block, fronting onto 3 streets, which provides many shooting angles and extra parking. A large unfinished open-plan basement can also be useful for certain scenes. It's set up as a storage space and as a clean workshop/studio. The basement also has windows. The house is mint green and white on the outside, and these colours are carried throughout the interior. It has brass accents throughout. Owner is 33, furnishing reflect millennial sensibilities, but historic character is retained.
