Step into this beautiful three bedroom townhome that is just a 3 minute walk from the beach. Inside are three large bedrooms, each having a private bathroom as well as an additional half-bath on the main level. The kitchen is equipped fully equipped and the dining table converts to a pool table/ping pong table! The fully fenced in backyard comes with a charcoal grill, and lawn chairs, making it perfect for get-togethers.
The space
On the first floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a queen size mattress as well as a small sofa that provides a cozy spot to read a book and look out to the backyard. On this level you will also find a full-size washer and dryer that will easily accommodate the entire group.
Making your way up to the main level of the home you will find a large and inviting living room with newly added furniture including a couch that pulls out to a full size bed, for extra sleeping arrangements. The dining area has a large dining table which can be converted into a pool table or ping pong table for even more entertainment. In the front of the living area, there is an office surrounded by large windows that fill the room with natural light, giving you the perfect spot to work from. From the office area you can access the small balcony that overlooks the beach.
As you make your way up to the third level of the house you will find two large bedrooms. The queen bedroom, which has a combination shower/tub and plenty of storage space throughout the room for your things. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed as well as a spacious bathroom with a dual vanity and a large shower that is the highlight of our home in our honest opinion!
Our home also has an attached one-car garage and a large fenced-in backyard. Located just a block away, there is a public boat launch which also has a kayak/canoe launch point for those that enjoy spending their time out on the water.
Other things to note
A travel crib can be provided upon request . Sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, and a beach wagon are all provided to enjoy a day out on the beach!
