The main floor has an open living room/dining room concept with high ceilings. There are large windows that allow guests to see the surrounding water.
There are glass sliding doors that provide access to the large wooden deck.
Basement has 2 bedrooms, large common area, and a bathroom. There are double doors that provide access to the lake.
Lake is deep. Straight 20ft drop, does not gradually get deeper.
The home sits on 3-4 acres of wooded land... so you won't see the neighbour's home unless the trees have no leaves.
