Gorgeous Light-Filled Roma Norte Penthouse

You will love this gorgeous, sun-filled penthouse apartment located in the heart of Colonia Roma Norte, one of the city’s trendiest neighborhoods and which is often referred to as the SOHO of Mexico City. The apartment, finished in 2016, boasts of state-of-the-art amenities and breath-taking views (on a clear day you can see the mountains surrounding the city). Up to 8 are comfortably accommodated in two spacious bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen, and loft. The two main bedrooms have their own bathroom and ample closet space, as well as a 42” Samsung Smart TVs with streaming video (Netflix, Apple TV or Chromecast) and broadcast television. Please note that the second main bedroom is an entire floor separated by the rest of the apartment by a stairwell. However, it does not have a door. The loft is a private living space with a skylight and a queen size bed. Tucked under the loft is a trundle bed and office area. Please note that the space is a open floor plan and while the loft room has a dedicated entry way, it does not have a door that can shut. The loft room, while spacious, does not have its own bathroom nor does it have a closet. However, it is conveniently located near the half bath. All sleeping areas are luxuriously furnished with Sealy beds, fine linens and towels. The living room/dining room features a soaring ceiling and modern comfortable furnishings that create the perfect ambiance for entertaining with friends or family. The 20 sq. meter (215 sq. ft.) terrace has a lovely sitting area where one can enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the charm of La Roma. The kitchen has a marble counter counter/bar and new appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, Cuisinart coffee maker, new stove and oven. There is all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal and entertain in the comfort. There is also a pantry with a washer and dryer. The building has a 24-hour doorman who provides security and valet parking for the garage on the first floor. This apartment is also great for business travelers, with high speed internet, free long distance phone calls throughout Mexico, US and Canada, and 24-hour check in. It is home to both weathered mansions and tree-lined parks. The apartment is near trendy restaurants, hip cocktail lounges, and edgy boutiques, as well as bakeries, cafes, and galleries. We are very centrally located several blocks from where Roma Norte turns into Condesa. We are also within walking distance of El Paseo de la Reforma, which is the beautiful promenade going through the heart of Mexico City. Towards the west Reforma will quickly take you to Mexico’s largest park Bosque de Chapultepec and heading east it will take you to Mexico’s historic Centro district. Roma and Condesa are great neighborhoods to explore on foot, as there are many interesting cafes, stores, and parks that you will be able to see and visit. But they also make it easy to use public transport to reach most places in Mexico City. MetroBus lines run along Insurgentes (one block East). The nearest subway station is Metro Sevilla, which is five blocks north on Avenida Chapultepec and can quickly take you to the Zócalo or Bosque de Chalpultec.
