50 acre property in Texas! Beautiful pastures with wooded areas and 2 large ponds. Property is rustic but maintained. It’s is fenced and cross fenced with barbed wire fencing. There is a big metal building we converted to partial barn with a pipe fence paddock, building can be used for storage as well.
Plenty of room for old west chases or scenes out in the prairie wagon train style- or even a night under the Big Texas stars!

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
