The 3-floor addition includes a large master bedroom suite, large open kitchen with double islands/subzero refrigerator/double ovens/Wolf range, and a walkout basement bar featuring 20-foot sliding glass doors that walk out to a gorgeous pool area. The basement features a fully equipped bar with sink, dishwasher, ice machine, and mini fridge. The basement also has two fireplaces, a movie theater, full-size refrigerator, concrete ping pong table, Pac-Man and Golden Tee machines, Mega Touch, and full bath. A large deck and concrete pool deck offer plenty of outdoor space and the beautiful 25,000 gallon in-ground pool features a tanning shelf with Ledge Loungers and attached hot tub with a waterfall feature. The large backyard backs up to a wooded area and is mostly private. Please note that the large trees in the front yard have been removed since the photo was taken.
