About This Space

800 sq ft cottage apartment overlooking the Lavase River. Privacy for filming is afforded with no construction on the opposite side of the river. This is located on a dead-end private lane of four houses in the south end of North Bay near Lakeshore Drive. We have two large driveways which can accommodate a few large vehicles and/ or several smaller vehicles. We have hosted actors and crew for various films and it has been recommended by some that we have a space that would be great for film.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
