Our House

Our house was built in 1923 and underwent an extensive renovation in 2016. The house sits on a corner lot. The front entrance has a small foyer which leads to a main center hallway. From the front entrance you can see directly to the rear entrance. Each end has a distinct chandelier, one is original to the house. The house is approx 6,000 sq ft, the main floor is approx 2,309 sq ft. The ceilings are 10 feet. The main floor has 4 bay windows. The house does not get much direct sunlight but is bright. We left some of the original charm when we renovated the house. There are original light fixtures, paneling as well as original rosettes and other plaster work on the ceilings. There are three back doors. One exits from the mud room, one from the back entrance and to it's right are sliding patio doors (these doors lead directly to the back gate that takes you to the driveway. There is also a side door exit. From the back door you take two steps down to a small stone deck and three more steps down to the sidewalk that leads to the driveway and garage. The backyard is fully fenced (cedar) with a gate to the front of the house and one to the parking pad. There is also a working hot tub in the back yard. The garage is a two car garage (primarily used for storage). The parking pad holds 4 cars or 2 cube vans.
