21 Acres Of Canadian Boreal Forest Plus Half Completed 8-Bed Hunting Lodge

With spectacular views across the massive Yukon River, the picture windows of this magnificenty sited hunting lodge allows clear views of the herds of deer and buffalo as they migrate across the face of the snowy mountains on the other side of the river. Site is very, very isolated with only about two neighbours within a 40 kilometre radius. (Telecommunications are by satellite telephone only). There is a wood stove in the main room plus almost limitless firewood outside. Water is supplied by a well which runs on electricity. Parking space is almost limitless. There is also a camper van on site. In the middle of the building is a vast woodwork shop for a professional carpnter and huge garage/workshop at the back. It also has a competed kitchen, bathroom, front sitting room and the laundry. Sadly, however, the rest of this vast building (potentially eight bedrooms) was not completed before the death of the original owner/builder so the rest of it lacks many windows and doors. The building has a massive industrial scale gas diesel generator, although its glow lamp is currenty broken, rendering it inoperable. I also admit that area near the house is scruffy with an abandoned car and some trash outside plus the internal cheap furnishings are untidy. Finally, unfortunately, I must notify potential bookers that there is a colony of mice living in the house.
