The home is a favorite in the area. When the house was for sale everyone that came to the open house would say how badly they wanted it, because of its unique charm on the outside, and friends and family would always ask who lived in the house. It is just not a typical SFV home.
It was previously owned by one of the first female, Disney artist and has a Pirates of the Caribbean sign permanently placed in the backyard for guests to admire.
The home owner is a sole provider with a disabled wife and making ends meet is rough right now and this will be a huge blessing to the family to be able to make ends meet.
Hopefully it is the right fit for a production in the area.
