The property is surrounded by greenery to block sounds from the road. Neighboring homes are not visible. The main home and guests houses are set back on the property with very little noise from the street. This is a second home for the owners, and they do not occupy it on a full time basis. The property boasts two stocked ponds, beach on the Bogue Falaya river, heated salt water pool, tennis court, fire-pit with swings and projection screen, horse paddock with run-in, and multiple gardens, including an herb garden and a citrus grove. Main home and guest houses were renovated in 2019. In the main house, the Great room, in the shape of a big octagon, has a massive sunken fireplace and overlooks the river. Custom kitchen with Lacanche French range. Natural wood and light throughout. The photos do not do this unique property justice - you have to see it to believe it.
