Our sun-drenched 1500 sq ft Mid-Century modern loft features a world-class collection of extremely rare and authentic art/design pieces. The retro/mod interior is designed to be one of a kind, a space you will find nowhere else in the world. It even has a motorcycle!
The space is completely modular for the needs of each production/event and we offer an additional collection of staging furniture upon request. We invite you to be inspired by these objects as well as the beautiful space, lit up by a huge central skylight that casts sun throughout the day.
The professional kitchen, equipped with a 6-burner Viking range and a large central marble island, has hosted celebrity chefs and even had an entire Taste Aware-winning best short film shot inside of it!

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
