The space is an 2000 sq/ft studio with a 36' L x 16' W 18' H cyc wall, equipped with a full 40' x 40'' configurable lighting grid. 3 washrooms, Hair and Makeup, Kitchen, green room, Lounge room, offices and conference room for your accommodation.

Our Cyc wall is currently painted white but can be painted any colour to fit your needs. We have a raised bay door that is suited for 3-5-ton trucks with ramps to accommodate smaller vehicles. We can host a team of 50+ with 50+overflow parking spots.
In the front, we have a 3300sq/ft Green Room, Prep Room, Hair and Make Up office spaces Conference Room.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
