The space is a 20,000 sq. ft. daylight-filled photo and video production facility optimized for large-scale commercial productions, located just minutes from Midtown Manhattan.
The Studio space is flexible and offers solutions for range of production requirements. Our In-Studio House Set offers the look of location with the controls of a Studio environment. We also house a vast props collection, which includes tables, chairs, beds, benches, lighting, art, and much more.
AVAILABILITY
Our versatile space is available for Photo Shoots, Video Shoots, Product Shoots, Commercial Shoots, Promotional Photoshoots, Events, and much more. Please reach out with any questions. We'll help you meet your needs!
Please note: Our studio has a large open floor plan, and we will need to identify the space your production requires. This may affect studio availability and rates. Booking fees may be adjusted based on your production's requirements, including the use of standing House Sets, use of expendables, etc. Use of in-house prop/furniture collection is included in booking fee.

Cancellation Policy
Standard
Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more

Productions may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before their production start time and will receive a full refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
Firm
Productions may cancel their booking up to 14 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 14 days and 7 days before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
