The house is on 5 acres of land which includes a river, bridge, forested areas, and large patio outdoor spaces. Parking available for up to 30 vehicles and can hold many trailers or equipment trucks if needed. There is a newly renovated kitchen surrounded by large bay windows that overlook the property. The family room has high ceilings, a built in fireplace, and sliding doors. There is a new addition of a solarium leading out to the back patios. The master bedroom is quite large with a walk-in closet, an ensuite with shower and jacuzzi tub, and a balcony overlooking the property and river. The house feels like a cottage as it is surrounded by forest and a river while still being very close to shopping centres and city centres.
