Our home was built in 1960 and is a total of 6500 sqft. It and is cream colored in front of the property. We have 2 palms in front and 2 in back. There is also a Jackaranda tree. We have several tables in the back of varied colors available for use. The detached garage is in the back and the entrance to the garage (which is not available for use) is through a back alley. Additional driveway parking is available in back. Street parking is available in front. Our back yard is not manicured, so if you are looking for a yard that you can change, or that looks not-tended to or neglected, this is what we have.
Our laundry is exposed outside the back door, right outside the kitchen. In the front and back, we have a pine tree.
There is a lot of space in the yard.
Inside:
There is wall A/c in the living room. The kitchen has concrete countertops and the flooring is LVT throughout the house with a light oak color. The walls are white. The house itself is only 1200 sqft.
Preference is to only use yard for filming and living and dining area can be occupied temporarily for breaks. 1 restroom is available. We have a piano in the living area.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
