Set up as a Christmas Village ....looks like the North Pole in the winter.Huge fire pit and wood stove pizza over. train ride .horse drawn sleigh rides. gift shop .arts and craft room I do have a 5 bedroom house across the street and 2 bedroom apartment available for rent also. .. Perfect location for a christmas movie . There is about 20 acres with nothing on it that could be used for anything.
