Colorful & Eclectic Recording Studio In Uptown Lb

We own a 4000 square foot commercial building with high ceilings. It's a very colorful space with retro vibes. The front exterior is purple with attractive gray ledgestone, green faux boxwood framing the sides, and stainless steel double doors for easy load-in. No signage on front, just address numbers and a silver music treble clef at the very top. Inside we have 5 hourly rehearsal studios (2 small 13'x18', 2 medium 15'x18', and 1 large 25'x24' with 14' ceiling), a small vintage record store (15'x15'), which can also be available for shoots, or closed to the public if a private shoot is taking place in the studio. Next to the record store there is an open space lounge with flatscreen TV, black vinyl sofa with a wall of vintage LP covers behind it, mid-century modern wood coffee table, vending machine, and vintage coffee maker. The lounge & record store floor is glossy white marble with rugs that can be moved. Bright red carpet in the entrance with a wall of records and music posters and art. The red carpet continues down the hallway past Studios A-D. In the very back of the building is Studio E, our largest rehearsal/recording space (600 sq. ft) which is covered in black fabric and has a long truss with stage lighting. On the other side of Studio E is the 7'x10' recording control room with a vintage Midas Verona 480 mixing board and window. This is great for filming live music recording scenes or photographing audio engineers at work. There is empty corner space between these rooms for gear storage or tables for catering. A small private "VIP" lounge is off to the right at the end of the hallway (behind Studio D). It has a 9' round rug, glass top coffee table, an impressive 14' tall wall of alternating gold & platinum colored records on a black background. A large metal chandelier hangs above with flickering bulbs (which can be swapped out). The ADA restroom is spacious, sparkling clean, and well-stocked. There are a few small rooms inside the building that are private (including the owner's office and repair shop) that total about 1000sq ft and will be locked. The entire building (minus the private rooms) can be rented out, or the back of the building (approx. 1140 sq. ft), or just one small studio. If you just need the back of the building and we are still able to rent the front rooms, we can add curtains or ropes at the end of the hallway for privacy. The back door is an emergency exit only with no rear parking lot or load-in. There is a small enclosed area for smoke breaks.
