We own approx 8.5 acres in Gulfport Mississippi. Our house is down a long dirt lane with beautiful historic oak trees that are truly something to be seen. We have spent much time clearing the land and have a large (2 acre) open field. We are located next to an airstrip which would be really cool for filming as well. I do know the owner and would likely be open to this idea. We have a house, in ground pool, large garage with studio apartment, and many outdoor storage options. Each with electric, if needed. We have at least 25 water access spots around the property as well. Spanish moss throughout which is not found frequently anymore- but a sign of clean air. House has been completely remodeled as well.
