We are city folk that bought the 10 ten acres property to get out of the city during crazy Covid. We have a beautiful pond, animals that are house in a small row barn/fenced in. There is a quite pathway around the back, out skirts of the property that give you a beautiful setting for a stroll. There is a custom garage that houses 3 motorcycles and a small gym that can be accessed. There is a large c Can on site filled with hay. The home is very modest. 1st floor 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, tv room and kitchen/dining area. There is an office and rec room with its own private bedroom and bathroom downstairs - with its own enterance.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
