Many large film productions (HBO, Comedy Central, Netflix, ect.) have been shot here. There have been upwards of 100 person crews on set here at our location. So we can handle that scale of a production.
We have also done many smaller scale shoots. Commercials, online exclusives (many "deconstructed" by Genius have been shot here), as well as photo shoots (Apple, Puma, Complex, ect.)
Our entire space houses three different size and style recording studio rooms available to be used for any shoot. We also have a very spacious lounge area and a beautiful photo gallery hallway that looks great on camera. We have art release forms ready to go.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
