Huge living room opens up onto a large outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, and large deck. BBQ area, ping pong table, workout equipment. Easy access to outdoor space via alley. Outdoor seating available. Ample space brilliant for outdoor shoots.
Bathroom with big mirror and great lighting for hair and makeup. Lots of counter space. Equipped Kitchen with plenty of cabinets and counter space.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
