We own a cute farmhouse white with red roof and a 6,000 sq ft warp around porch/deck. It sits on 8 acres that is completely fenced in with a few pastures. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and 2 half bathrooms. One half bathroom is outside and also have an outdoor kitchen area. We have an above ground pool that can be left up or taken down if needed. We have cows, goats, dogs, cats, and chickens and they can be used if needed for any filming. We also have a barn and tractor that can be used for any filming if needed as well. We are very flexible and willing to let you use just about anything we have on our property that will help you with your film. We are also very flexible if you need to make any changes to the property we are open to just about anything that would help you with your film. The location has about 100 acres to the back and one side with just trees and lots of privacy. It has both a beautiful sunrise and sunset. We have plenty of room to park large equipment, vehicles and/or RVs on by the day or overnight or however long you need to leave it. We can lock up the property so everything can be left safe and secure.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
