Welcome to Casa Coyote, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom, fully gated Spanish-style enclave in the coveted Chino Canyon neighborhood, west of Palm Canyon Drive. Mount Jacinto is your immediate backdrop, visible from all parts of the property including the pool and hot tub.
Open living and dining area, a full wall of sliding glass doors that open to the backyard, Spanish influenced arched doorways, and a fireplace. The spacious, updated kitchen is well stocked with premium appliances and plenty of cooking and entertaining supplies
Each bedroom has a Queen-sized bed with premium memory foam mattress and a sliding glass door with patio access. The primary bathroom has dual sinks and a shower/tub combination. The guest bathroom has also has a shower/tub combination. The house features several flatscreen HD smart TVs, a Nest thermostat, and a smart lock.
The wrap-around outdoor space is expansive, with plenty of lounge seating, sun umbrellas to laze the day away, as well as several outdoor dining areas. There is a 6-person, in-ground hot tub in the backyard and a completely separate palm tree lined pool area around the side. The lagoon-style saltwater pool has a tanning shelf that leads you into the water. There is a two-car garage fully available for your use, as well as parking in the driveway.
A block away is commercial zoning on Palm Canyon Drive - convenient for crew parking and services.
