Spacious and bright store-front space in Soho with high ceilings, large windows, and tons of light. Great for photo shoots, film sets, gatherings, dinners, parties, and more! The space, owned and operated by Artist Sedef Gali, is decorated with her large-scale paintings.
The space is 1850 sq. ft, and is equipped with a bathroom and a kitchen. Conveniently located in in the heart of Soho, the space is accessible by the 1, A, and C subway lines.
FOOD & BEVERAGE POLICY + SPACE DETAILS:
- Paintings by Sedef Gali can be taken down or left up depending on renters' preference.
- Alcohol is permitted as long as everyone is over 21.
- Outside food is permitted.
- Kitchenette use is permitted.
- Music Rules: amplified music is allowed at a reasonable volume. DJs are permitted.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
